Booking your sessions made simple!

The steps to book a session with me is simple.  Follow these easy steps. 

1. Click on Form to print a copy of the terms and conditions.  You must have Microsoft Word to download the form.  If you have troubles downloading the form please contact me.  Read the forms carefully.  If you agree to the terms and conditions please fill out all the critera then fax all forms to 1 888 773 6068.  Make sure you include what location, date, and time of session you are wanting.  Once your forms are received in entirety and payment is confirmed, your appointment is reserved.   If two or more people book the same session, the first person who confirmed payment first will receive the session.  Every effort will be made to accomidate another session.  If no other appointment is available that works out for you, a refund will be given.
2. To process payment, click on Purchase.  Pay Pal offers variety of secure ways making a payment online.  If you are uncomfortable with the online process, you are more than welcome to send credit card payments via fax and i will process them manually.  Or you can send a money order via postal mail service to the address in Contact Me.  Do not send cash!
3. You will receive confirmation by email of  your appointment from Clearwaterhypnosisservices@yahoo.com with subject heading hypnosis confirmation.  This email will confirm your session time, location specifics, and other information to prepare you.
