The hypnosis session begins the moment we meet.  The hypnosis session lasts about an hour in length.  This includes the pre-talk where I gather vital information.  This will help me conduct the best session possible.  You can expect to be "within" for about 35-40 minutes.  We will then take time to properly analyze your experience and discuss the information you received at the end.

Many of my clients will tell you their stories of the amaziing results they have gained that have changed their lives for the better.  Some of my clients will tell you of how they self healed.   It is very mportant to know that hypnosis is not a replacement for drugs your doctor has prescribed for you.  I am not a doctor.  If you are in need of a doctor for a medical related issue I recommend that you inform your doctor or care giver that you are intending to see a hypnotist to assist you along with the prescriptions and health care your doctor has provided for you.  I will require written permission from your health care provider or doctor to proceed with a hypnosis session of any sort if you are in their care.
